Technological Expertise

Unlike many of our competitors, TICo has made significant investment in leading edge print and packing technology in the past two years.  Our multiple high quality digital printers enable separate complex print runs to be processed concurrently, with consistently excellent print quality and a reduced risk of serious production downtime.

We continue to expand our technology capability in the area of OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) and Bar Coding.  This specialised service has now been integrated into our core processing at a capacity of 30,000 pieces an hour.

Similar investments are consistently been made in our people.  We have highly skilled personnel who have all been specially trained.  Our in-house technical staff are approved by our print and packing equipment manufacturers to carry out complex maintenance and troubleshooting.  This significantly decreases production down time and ensures we are optimally positioned to meet tight customer deadlines.
