Laser Personalisation

TICo has invested in multiple high quality digital printers allowing for separate print runs to be processed concurrently. Our leading edge technology provides a combined lasering output of 432,000 A4 sheets in an 8 hour shift.

Our printers can collate and personalise up to 5 pieces using different stocks in the same print run and can facilitate paper ranging in size between DL, A5, A4, A4 Extended (with or without microperf) and A3 simplex or duplex.

Having multiple digital printers ensures that capacity and meeting tight deadlines is never compromised even when some printers are being serviced.

Inkjet Personalisation

TICo’s high speed inkjetters have a combined achievable capacity of 160,000 cards or envelopes per day. These machines have a capacity to personalise on average about 10 Million pieces a year and we actively advise a client to use this route over labelling due to its cost effectiveness and speed.
