TICo have put in place very stringent and comprehensive procedures in relation to data management and the transfer of data between TICo and clients resulting in a data management and cleaning service that ensures full integrity, security and professionalism.

Our IT team can provide a client with a wide range of services such as database creation by manually inputting data from hard copy to the merging and purging of multiple data files to create one master central database.

As part of our data cleaning process we run all files received through specific
de-duplication software to minimise the potential of multiple packs of the same campaign been posted to the same person. TICo has also satisfied both An Post and Royal Mail's sortation requirements enabling us to offer postaim and mailsort discounted mail products.
