Recognising the importance of business continuity and contingency planning, TICo has developed a comprehensive set of back-up procedures.  System data is backed up daily and stored both in a fire safe and off site.  We have agreements in place with ou requipment service providers to supply print and packing equipment support within 24 hours.

To further enhance our business continuity plan we have enlisted the services of Hewlett Packard, one of Europes leading exponents of disaster recovery.

By using HP TICo can avail of expertise in areas such as Computer Services, Network Management, IT Database Recovery, Data Management and a business recovery centre relocation.  This partnership enables us to begin operations within a matter of hours, minimising client impact.
